Alusthal
The fire doors windows REI 120 "Alusthal" are made
profiles inside the sash frame of tubular steel section. 50x50 mm, coated
on both sides with plates attached to the tube by fibrosilicato
steel plates, the whole is covered with molded, extruded aluminum
and electro-coated. The construction is coplanar type.
The doors "Alusthal" hinges are equipped with sintered steel sliding on double ball bearings, sized for heavy traffic and high load conditions.
Their construction allows for adjustability of the position of the door at any time by screws which, under normal conditions, are covered from view by special inserts snap.
The hinges are also constructed to be easily
replaceable if necessary, in accordance with the maintenance program
under Ministerial Decree M.I. of 21.06.2004 (fire closures) and D.L. 626/94
and 242/96 (escape routes).
