- Frame is manufactured in 20/10 mm. extruded aluminium, black or aluminium colour, suitable for mounting on wall angles by steel strips or screws. This special profile permits the installation of an aluminium covering for wall thickness type (A) from mm. 100 to 129, (B) from mm. 130 to 159. With another special profile you can add other mm. 60.
- hinges are manufactured by electrocoloured aluminium, with teflon self-lubricant bearings, easy vertical and horizontal adjustments;
- leaf is composed by two separate sheets of steel stiffly stuck together by a panel of cellular paper. On the perimeter steel sheets are united by a special rigid PVC profile, that eliminate the need of inhestetic weldings and cut every thermal and acoustic bridge. The steel sheet used is 6/10 mm. thick, galvanized and pre-painted colour RAL 7035.
The special manufacturing grants sturdy leafs and make them suitable for "hard" places like bathrooms, hospitals, barracks, or elsewhere in presence of humidity and/or corrosive substances. The special building permits to combine the strength of metallic sandwich door with the insulation capacity of wooden door and the advantages of PVC doors;
- doors are supplied complete with black PVC handle having nice design;
- cylinder type Yale with two keys;
- On request available bathroom's version, with fixed pommel outside and free/occupied signal device, panic device, aerial grill, windows.
