Folding door SGT (without bottom track)

The compressed folding door without bottom track on floor, is made of 52mm-thick panels. These panels have an inner perimeter frame of galvanized steel, they are insulated with polyurethane foam injected inside, and they are covered by pre-varnished smooth metal sheet (many colours available).

Technical features:

52mm-thick panels, including covering with pre-varnished 7/10 smooth metal sheet

Polyurethane foam injected inside the panels (density of 43 kg/mc).

Rubber seals between the wings ensure 50 mm of anti-crush space. Rubber seals are made of black natural EPDM, which is anti-ager, and allow the perfect closure

Top supporting truck and lateral jambs made of galvanized steel with thickness of 20/10, varnished on black colour. They are prepared for fixing on wall so that they become a solid case for the door. Easy manoeuvres and good stability and support are therefore ensured.

The movement is eased by aluminium hinges, black colour, equipped with hinge pins with fall protection and double bearings to control the thrust. The upper carriages are composed by 3 nylon wheels anti-noise.

The door perfect closure is ensured by espagnolette bolts equipped with bars to close on top and bottom. These bars have a strengthened extremity and a PVC device that allows the bar to slide, all made of black varnished galvanized steel.

Black aluminium profiles are fixed on the top and bottom of the wings. Nylon brushes can be added on the profiles to complete the perfect door closure

Many customizations and accessories

To protect the surface of the leaf from any scratches, it applies an adhesive film to be removed during installation.
