OPEN POSITIONS
MANAGEMENT ENGINEER
In order to expand our technical team, we are looking for a MANAGEMENT ENGINEER (or similar) to work as a PROJECT MANAGER.
We offer a dynamic, fast-growing and expanding context, with the opportunity to confront and coordinate with an industrial group with an international character.
The resource will report directly to the group's CEO and investment manager.
The main tasks to which you will be assigned are:
- Analysis of investments and new projects
- Evaluating and contacting suppliers
- Control of technical documentation
- Supervision of work progress
- Referrals to suppliers and relevant offices
- Regular reporting and comparison with the group leader
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role of at least 2-3 years
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Ability to draw and read with AUTOCAD
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong organisational and management skills
- Degree in management engineering and/or similar
- Availability for short assignments in Europe

ACCESSORIES RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
In order to expand our R&D and product industrialisation team, we are looking for a MECHANICAL ENGINEER (or similar) to be dedicated to the study and design of accessories, serving the group's needs and projects.
The resource will be inserted in a dynamic, fast-growing and expanding context, and will have the opportunity to confront and coordinate with an industrial group with an international character. He/she will report directly to the head of function and will coordinate with the group operations manager, cooperating with a team of 4 resources.
The main tasks to which you will be assigned are:
- Study and analysis of the market and regulations
- Design of accessories and components and their certification
- Market research relating to suppliers, with possible development of new markets
- Supervision of the prototyping and testing process
- Drafting technical documentation
- Coordination and comparison with other group companies in Europe
- Participation in trade fairs and foreign travel
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Ability to draw and read with AUTOCAD and INVENTOR 3D
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering and/or similar
- Willingness to travel abroad

PRODUCTION OPERATORS
Our production team is continuously looking for talent.
The tasks in which we could evaluate resources are:
- Painting
- Mineral wool assembly and processing
- Sheet metal profiling
- Robotized welding
- Warehouse
