ANTI-GRIP HANDLE

As standard, Elite+ fire doors are equipped with a black plastic anti-tangle handle, complete with plate and cylinder hole. Its 'U'-shaped grip is designed to reduce the risk of snagging when passing through and to ensure a secure and immediate grip, making it particularly suitable in contexts where the door can also be used as an emergency exit. On the pull side, the handle can be configured with a blind escutcheon or with a escutcheon fitted with a cylinder hole only, so as to adapt to different locking and access control requirements. For better aesthetic integration with the customisation required on fire doors, it is also available in other colours, such as glossy white and grey, or in a stainless steel version.

NOVOGUARD PANIC BAR

The top product in the range is the Novoguard grab bar. Designed for quick installation on emergency exits and escape routes, it uses a push-bar opening action that allows it to be used even on smaller door leaves, from 35 cm wide, avoiding interference or interlocking problems. Novoguard can be configured in different combinations, with or without a pass-through cylinder, and with a pull side prepared with only a handle or with only a cylinder, depending on the use and access control requirements. The opening system is based on a lever mechanism with ball bearing, designed to maintain a reduced opening effort over time. The choice of materials also enhances functionality and finishes: plastic mechanisms (black or grey) and push bar available in aluminium or stainless steel, for better integration with different types of doors and application contexts.

NOVOPUSH PANIC BAR

The contact bar-operated panic device is the NovoPush model. The support and actuation box is made of thick aluminium and has a homogenous section across the width of the sash, for a solid and well-integrated result. The opening system uses a ball-bearing lever mechanism (patented), designed to maintain a low opening effort and smooth operation. Different configuration combinations are available: with or without a pass-through cylinder, pull side with handle only, or with cylinder only, depending on usage and access control requirements. The standard external finish is electro-coloured black, with the possibility of a stainless steel effect variant or with side caps in black or grey plastic. The black version alone also features a photoluminescent strip that makes it easier to locate the escape route in the event of a power failure.

EPN-BAR PANIC BAR

The EPN model with lever bar, made entirely of satin-finished stainless steel, elegantly matches Novoferm doors of all sizes and with different finishes, from powder coating to laminate upholstery to stainless steel solutions. The horizontal push bar is made of satin-finish stainless steel oval tube and is applied to the push side of the door by means of two lever arms, housed in special boxes, also made of satin-finish stainless steel. Thanks to its high resistance to corrosion, it is particularly suitable for contexts requiring high standards of hygiene and sanitation, such as hospital and hotel environments.

EPN-TOUCH PANIC BAR

The demand for a prestigious and durable material finds its best expression instainless steel. The EPN-TOUCH panic device takes the features and qualities of theEPN-BAR, but offers them in a version with a contact bar for even more immediate use. Safe, elegant and with high mechanical performance, the EPN-TOUCH represents the highest level solution for applications requiring reliability and durability. The contact bar and support boxes are made entirely of satin-finished stainless steel, for a robust, durable and aesthetically consistent assembly.

ARMO SAFETY DEVICE

Handles are one of the most frequent points of contact and, as a result, can contribute to the spread of germs. It is often difficult to avoid using them, especially in public places where surfaces are touched by many people every day. This is why ArmO was developed, a device that allows doors to be opened without using the hands, using the forearm (preferably covered) instead of direct finger contact. This solution helps to significantly reduce the risk of transferring viruses and bacteria related to the most common contact points. In addition, ArmO is made of plastic material with a mass antibacterial additive, designed to offer long-lasting sanitising action and reduce the need for continuous use of disinfectants, which also benefits the environment.

HINGE E25.01 WITH SPRING

The bayonet hinge with spring is made of galvanised steel and is screwed to the frame and leaf by means of invisible screws when the door is closed, for a neat and tidy result; it is also adjustable and can be painted in RAL colour to match the door finish. It ensuresself-closing ofthe leaf without the need for a door closer, with adjustable return force. The hinge allows for two-axis adjustment ±2 mm and can be replaced even after the door has been installed. The spring version does not support axial load and must always be installed in combination with the version without spring.

HINGE E25.01 WITHOUT SPRING

This hinge is made with the same construction as the version with spring, but in a springless configuration: it is made of pressed steel with sliding on hardened anti-friction bushes and is screwed to the frame and sash by means of invisible screws when the door is closed. It is adjustable and complies with DIN 18272, with CE marking according to EN 1935. With a load-bearing capacity of up to 120 kg (class 13), it is made of galvanised steel with epoxy-polyester powder coating , can be replaced even after the door has been installed, and allows for two-axis adjustment ±2 mm, ensuring precise alignment and aesthetically clean fixing.

OBX-20-2501 160 STAINLESS STEEL HINGE

This hinge is the ideal solution for contexts where it is essential to ensure perfect product integration and high resistance over time, such as outdoor environments, sanitary facilities or areas exposed to corrosive substances. Made of brushed stainless steel, it is based on a patented maintenance-free system and requires no lubrication or periodic maintenance. It allows two-axis adjustment ±2 mm for precise alignment; fastening is by means of invisible screws when the door is closed, ensuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing result.
