Novoslide

Certified according to EN 13241-1, Novoslide is the reference door for large-scale applications. It consists of coplanar modules made of press-folded steel, internally insulated with a high-density insulation package. The rebate post incorporates a guide box with counterweight, ensuring automatic closure in the event of a fire. Its construction configuration also allows for easy and immediate inspection of the sliding mechanisms.

The main features of Novoslide are:

Fire resistance EI 120, ensuring high protection in the event of fire.
Highly customisable dimensions, ideal for large rooms.
No floor guide, with perpendicularity guaranteed by a lower guide roller.
Smooth running, achieved by wheels mounted on double ball bearings.
Choice of RAL paintwork or, alternatively, optionally available in stainless steel.
Wide range of integrable accessories, including fire engines, self-closing devices and local sensors.

Thanks to these features, Novoslide is the ideal solution for closing large rooms, even those larger than 50 m², offering reliability, fire protection and great versatility.

It is also available in the Metal version, which has no fire resistance.

Standard: upper slide rail, protective cover, stop post, fire-retardant labyrinths, limit switch dampers and stroke brake
Automatic closure guaranteed by a counterweight device; held open by an electromagnet connected to the fire detection control panel, with automatic release in the event of an alarm or by pressing a specific button
Possibility of connecting electromagnets to the central fire detection device

Fixing only on masonry
Several variants available: horizontal sliding with one or two opposing sashes
Surfaces protected with galvanisation and embossed surface finish with epoxy-polyester powder
Maximum certifiable dimensions: 1 leaf 5600 x 5075 mm, 2 leaves 3900 x 4725 mm

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

END-STROKE DAMPER

End-of-stroke shock absorber that helps adjust the closing stroke. Caution: does not adjust retarding force.

DAMPER REGULATOR

Continuous magnetic induction regulator that controls the speed of sash movement.

HYDRAULIC DAMPER

Device designed to control and slow down the movement of the door leaf using pressurised oil as a damping fluid. Used mainly in special cases, such as on overhead doors.
