ASIA
The Asia door represents a perfect balance between an interior door in the Kora line and a fire door. Aesthetically, it retains the appearance of an interior door, making it ideal for interior environments and residential or office contexts, with the special feature of offering 30 minutes fire resistance. Certified in accordance with European standard EN 1634, it is designed with a door leaf consisting of a sandwich panel made up of two sheets of 6/10 galvanised sheet metal, with the interior insulated with fireproof mineral wool, guaranteeing thermal protection and structural solidity.
As with most of our doors, Asia offers a choice of RAL paint, customisable dimensions and a wide range of integrable accessories, thus maintaining a high level of design flexibility.
The main features of the Asia door are:
- Fire resistance 30 minutes, for additional level of protection compared to standard interior doors.
- Mountingon dowels and plasterboard, ensuring a stable and secure installation.
- Hugging frame, ensuring a clean, elegant finish and improving adaptability.
Asia is an ideal solution for interior environments that require a higher level of security than a traditional interior door, without sacrificing elegant and refined aesthetics.

WINDOWS
Both rectangular and circular glazed windows can be integrated on request.
- In Elite+ fire doors, approved REI laminated glass panes are installed, consisting of several panes of glass with transparent material in between that transforms into an opaque insulating foam when exposed to fire.
- For Elite+ METAL doors, on the other hand, 3+3 shatterproof glass is used.
- The windows can be supplied in standard dimensions or, on request, in customised sizes.
NOTES
- For glass panes larger than 300×400 mm and in contexts of heavy use, an overhead door closer is recommended.
- Fireproof glazing may deteriorate if exposed to direct sunlight or contact with water.
- It may have micro-bubbles: these are not objectionable if not visible from a distance of more than 3 metres.

HUGGING FRAME
The embracing frame consists of a metal frame and acladding board, designed to completely envelop the thickness of the wall. This system provides a clean and elegant finish, concealing any irregularities in the masonry and ensuring a harmonious aesthetic integration between door and wall. It also ensures greater installation stability and more precise installation.
FEATURES
- Hugging frame made of silver anodised aluminium, rounded line.
- Embracing frame made of silver anodised aluminium, rounded line, for wall thicknesses from 100 to 159 mm. For wall thicknesses greater than 159 mm, 60 mm extensions are to be used.
- Silver anodised aluminium hinges with self-lubricating nylon bushing and steel pin, adjustable on two Cartesian axes.
- Pre-mounted neoprene rubber rebate gasket.
