Certified to EN 1634, the Elite+ fire door, a benchmark product for the market, represents an ideal balance between safety, functionality and aesthetics. Designed to guarantee high performance in the event of fire, it ensures an effective seal against flames and smoke, while maintaining a clean and modern design, suitable for a variety of contexts.
The versatility of the Elite+ line is characterised by its numerous customisation possibilities:

- Wide range of combinable accessories, such as panic bars, certified glazed portholes, door closers, handles, additional gaskets and more.
The Elite+ fire door is therefore a complete solution, capable of satisfying technical and regulatory requirements without renouncing to a neat aesthetics and ample design freedom.
It is also available in the Metal version, which has no fire resistance.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Fire resistance class EI 60/90/120 minutes
- Frame made of 15/10 mm galvanised steel Z-profile, without lower rebate, compartment for insertion of cold smoke seal
- Heat-expanding gasket on frame perimeter
- Door leaf in 8/10 mm galvanised double steel sheet, total thickness 64 mm, high-density insulating inner packet
- Standard: two bayonet hinges, pair of black handles with cylinder hole plate, lock on both doors, cylinder with three keys
- Closing mechanism by means of a spring inserted in the hinges, adjustable
- Holding rods placed between the two hinges
- Possible application of lower burglar protection sill, panic devices, electromagnets and overhead door closers
- Surfaces protected with galvanisation and embossed surface finish with epoxy-polyester powder
- Maximum possible dimensions: 2680 x 2750 mm

Our R&D department is constantly working to expand the range of certified fire doors and gates. All tests are carried out in cooperation with the Jordanian Institute to ensure maximum reliability and compliance with current regulations.

- Hinge load resistance: level 6 (up to 120 kg per hinge, EN 1935:2002)
- Thermal transmittance: Ud [W/(m2* K) ] variable from 1.5 to 2 (without glazing) (EN-ISO 10077-2:2012), Level to be calculated for each case
- Water tightness: class 1B, 2B, 3B, 9B (EN 14351-1 and UNI EN 1027) from 50 Pa up to 600 Pa

LEED® is a voluntary certification programme that can be applied to any type of building (both commercial and residential) and covers the building's entire life cycle, from design to construction.
LEED® promotes a sustainability-oriented approach, recognising the performance of buildings in key areas, such as energy and water savings, reduction of CO2 emissions, improvement of the ecological quality of interiors, materials and resources used, design and site selection.
Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) are the environmental requirements defined for the various stages of the purchasing process, aimed at identifying the best design solution, product or service from an environmental point of view throughout the life cycle, taking into account market availability.
The CAM report describes how NOVOFERM's products comply with the relevant Minimum Environmental Criteria for Construction published on 6/08/2023 and was developed with the support of QualityNet, a consultancy company specialising in sustainability-related certifications and compliance.

WINDOWS
Both rectangular and circular glazed windows can be integrated on request.
- In Elite+ fire doors, approved REI laminated glass panes are installed, consisting of several panes of glass with transparent material in between that transforms into an opaque insulating foam when exposed to fire.
- For Elite+ METAL doors, on the other hand, 3+3 shatterproof glass is used.
- The windows can be supplied in standard dimensions or, on request, in customised sizes.
NOTES
- For glass panes larger than 300×400 mm and in contexts of heavy use, an overhead door closer is recommended.
- Fireproof glazing may deteriorate if exposed to direct sunlight or contact with water.
- It may have micro-bubbles: these are not objectionable if not visible from a distance of more than 3 metres.

Casings made of galvanised sheet metal 8/10 thick for outside frame and 10/10 thick for inside frame
The painting matches the colour of the door, but can also be made in a different colour.
ANCHORAGE SYSTEMS
Elite+ doors are tested on standardised flexible construction, according to EN 1363-1, point 7.2.2. In accordance with point 13.5.3. of EN 1634-1 it is therefore possible to install the product on any non-standardised flexible construction that has fire resistance at least equal to the resistance of the door frame.
