Certified to EN 13241, the CGT folding door from Novoferm is a reliable and functional solution for closing medium to large industrial and logistics premises. It consists of press-folded steel doors with a reinforced structure, designed for robustness, durability and ease of use. The folding opening system allows a reduced footprint when manoeuvring, enabling efficient use of space both inside and outside the building.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Panels made of 7/10 mm pre-painted double sheet metal, total thickness 52 mm
Internal insulation with injected polyurethane foam with a density of 43 kg/m3
Gaskets between door and sash to guarantee the 50 mm anti-crushing space, in anti-ageing black EPDM natural rubber
Closure guaranteed by the internal locking bars complete with high and low closing rods with reinforced tip and rod slide with PVC protection, all in galvanised steel and painted black

Upper guide made of 40/10 thick drawn steel, it is of the load-bearing type and is composed of a side flag for door collection, a channel for sliding diverters, brackets for fixing it to the masonry and four-wheel steel trolleys for sliding
Lower guide (to be embedded in the floor at the customer's expense), made to our design, is of the "U" type in drawn steel and is supplied with a positioning diagram to allow the customer to install it perfectly and guarantee the correct axis from the masonry
Black-coloured aluminium profiles are fixed to the top and bottom of the sashes with special grooves for inserting the nylon brushes that allow perfect closure
