Certified to EN 13241, the SGT folding door from Novoferm is a reliable solution for closing industrial and logistical compartments, ideal where robustness, practicality and safe handling are required. It consists of press-folded steel doors with a reinforced structure, designed for heavy-duty use and guaranteed stability over time. The difference between CGT and SGT lies in the floor guide: in the CGT door it is present, while in the SGT door it is not. Otherwise, the two models share very similar features and construction approach.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Panels made of pre-painted double sheet 7/10 mm, total thickness 52 mm
Internal insulation with injected polyurethane foam with a density of 43 kg/m3
Gaskets between door and sash to guarantee the 50 mm anti-crushing space, in anti-ageing black EPDM natural rubber
Closure ensured by internal locking bars complete with high and low closing rods with reinforced tip and rod slide with pvc protection, all in galvanised steel and painted black; central locking on the floor is by means of a pvc strip

Top guide and side uprights made of 20/10 thick galvanised steel, supplied in the standard version painted black; prepared for fixing, they form a real structure for the door, allowing easy manoeuvring and guaranteeing a high degree of stability and tightness
Perfect door movement guaranteed by the black-coloured aluminium alloy hinges, complete with pin with anti-fall system and double thrust bearing; the upper carriages have three noise-reducing nylon wheels
Black-coloured aluminium profiles are fixed to the top and bottom of the doors with special grooves for inserting the nylon brushes
