Elite+ EI2 60/120

Certified according to EN 1634, the Elite+ fire door perfectly combines functionality and aesthetics.
There are many possible solutions: painting in the Ral colours of your choice, stainless steel construction, installation on gypsum carton walls.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Fire resistance class EI 60/90/120 minutes
Frame made of galvanised steel profile 15/10 mm in Z, without lower rebate, compartment for insertion of cold smoke gasket.
Heat-expanding gasket on frame perimeter.
Door in double galvanised steel sheet 8/10 mm, total thickness 64 mm. High-density insulating inner pack.
Standard equipment: two adjustable hinge, pair of black handles with plate, cylinder with three keys, lock on both door leaves,
Locking mechanism with adjustable spring in the hinges.
Rostrum between both hinges.
Lower baffle plate, panic bars, electromagnets and overhead door closers can be fitted.
Surfaces protected by galvanisation and surface finish with epoxy-polyester powder.
Maximum dimensions mm. 2670x2640h.

... With many glazed windows

Rectangular and circular glazed Windows are inserted on request.

The glasses are tested to be ﬁre proof, composed by multiple stratum of ﬂoat glass and special transparent gel which, develops an opaque insulating foam in case of ﬁre.
Glasses are ﬁxed by metal proﬁles clipped on hidden screws and rubber gasket which protects the movement of glazing because of hight temperature rise.
Available standard and special sizes of glazing.

Rectangular Glazed Windows

Standard dimensions:

300x400 mm.
400x600 mm.

NOTES

In case of frequent usage and glass bigger than mm. 300*400, it is advisable to mount a door closer.
The glass is pre-mounted on the door leaf.

Fire glass deteriorates in color if exposed to direct sunlight or in contact with water.

Fire rated Glass could have micro bubbles and when not visible at distance of more than 3 meters it is within our norms.

Le porte Elite+ sono testate su supporto flessibile normalizzato, secondo la norma EN 1363-1, punto 7.2.2. In ottemperanza a quanto riportato al punto 13.5.3. della EN 1634-1 si ha quindi la possibilità di installare il prodotto su ogni costruzione flessibile non normalizzata, che abbia resistenza al fuoco almeno pari alla resistenza del serramento.
