Folding doors CGT (with track on floor)

The Compressed Folding Door, with bottom track on floor, is made of 52mm-thick panels. These panels have an inner frame of galvanized steel, they are insulated with polyurethane foam injected inside, and they are covered with pre-varnished 7/10 smooth metal sheet (a selection of colours is available).

Technical features:

52mm-thick panels, including covering with pre-varnished 7/10 smooth metal sheet
Polyurethane foam injected inside the panels (density of 43 kg/mc).
Rubber seals between the wings ensure 50 mm of anti-crush space. Rubber seals are made of black natural EPDM, which is anti-ager, and allow the perfect closure.
Top supporting track made of galvanized steel with thickness of 40/10. The upper carriages are composed by vertical fixing profiles and 3 anti-noise nylon wheels.
Truck on floor (to be set in the floor by the customer) “U” shaped galvanized steel profile. A detailed installation guideline is provided to the client.
The door perfect closure is ensured by espagnolette bolts equipped with bars to close on top and bottom. These bars have a strengthened extremity and a PVC device that allows the bar to slide, all made of black varnished galvanized steel.
Black aluminium profiles are fixed on the top and bottom of the wings. Nylon brushes can be added on the profiles to complete the perfect door closure
